Kiru Thangadurai is the Founder and Director of Astron Consulting, and a transformational speaker, leadership facilitator and cultural change expert.
With experience delivering leadership and culture programs in 35+ countries, she brings a powerful blend of neuroscience, psychology and lived experience to every engagement. Her own journey – from rebuilding her life as an immigrant in regional Australia to leading global change programs – underpins her unique approach to human transformation.
